Sungei Buloh, Singapore - February 2019

My trip to Singapore wasn't particularly bird focused as a whole, and while I did go on short walks during the mornings picking up new species, the majority of what I had seen was species I had seen on a previous visit.  We were staying with my girlfriend's family and therefore able to do this trip for far cheaper than would normally be the case.

However, with one day to spare, Sungei Buloh came highly recommended as one of the best places to visit in Singapore for nature and it did not disappoint.

In addition to the great selection of birds, it was a good trip for reptiles with many Asian Water Monitor seen, two Saltwater Crocodiles, one Asian Vine Snake, one Common Gliding Lizard and a few odd house geckoes.  A number of fish species were also seen, including archer fish.
