Gabriel Mello
About me:
Birder since 2007. Over the years, I've been carrying out several works related to environmental education and the photographic and sound recording of wildlife, mainly in the state of Rio de Janeiro (Southeastern Brazil). I work as a birding guide in Rio de Janeiro state along with my brother Daniel Mello. We are the authors of two books (fieldguides): "Birds of the Serra dos Orgaos and Surrounding Area" (2015) and "Aves do Sudeste do Brasil" (2020). I also developed a parabolic system for sound recording that is helping birders from different parts of Brazil (www.irmaosmello.com.br/parabolicagm1).
