Ono Tinungki is a native of the North Sulawesi, from the villages of Batuputih and nearby Tangkoko Nature Reserve. He is a self-trained bird guide, who has led bird watching tours in since 2009. His profound and abundant knowledge of the wildlife of his home region has established his reputation as the most reliable and successful guide in the Tangkoko area. Ono Tinungki is also a member of the North Sulawesi Tour Guide Association
