Karanta guided a group of six of us for an excellent week in The Gambia during which we saw most of the expected bird species. He was good company and very knowledgeable about the birds and where to find them. He was also very organised and efficient and the whole tour was a very enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend him and, in fact, I hope to use his services again myself before too long.
