About me:
From a long and rich experience enjoying nature and sharing feelings with my travelers, I created Andalucia Nature Trips. Since I am a kid, I listen birds singing in my parents’ garden, look for flowers, walk along the French coast gazing at birds, or I just go fishing with my dad and granddad, hike in the forest close to my sport school and pick up some flowers smelling well…
Then, I wanted to know more about everything living around myself. So I studied biology for 5 years and got knowledge. After that, I started to share my feelings in nature working as an environmental educator. More than 10 years of experience in this field working with kids and teenagers mainly, gave me a good understanding of their needs to develop successful family nature trips.
Since 2007, my heart decided to settle down in Andalucía, one of the richest natural and cultural heritage of Europe. I have been travelling and working through Andalucia, a fantastic land with amazing resources. I leaded many groups, Spanish, French or English speakers to discover the amazing diversity of birds in some of the best birdwatching sites, such as Doñana, Odiel Marshes, Straight of Gibraltar, La Janda and much more. But I enjoy as much to go hiking for a week or just few days in the mountains of Grazalema Natural Park or Aracena Natural Park, on the coast of Cabo de Gata or Costa de La Luz, where the natural history and the climate successions made up a beautiful diversity of landscapes and biodiversity.
During these years working as a professional guide, I got a deep understanding of the areas where I travel, including localization of rare species of birds, seasonal changes… to be able to answer specific inquiries as an expert nature and birdwatching guide. My sensitivity and feelings of wildlife and nature make each trip a real experience.
I worked many years in France, my native country, but also in Ireland, Scotland, United States, South Africa. So I easily lead any group speaking either English, French or Spanish. I work with a nice team of expert nature guide and we all work in the same spirit.
Although I designed nature trips, -which you can know more about visiting this website-, I answer specific personal inquiries to offer you the best experience on private tours. I love giving the opportunity to taste the rich local gastronomy and to meet local producers as PART of my interpretation. Of course, the respect of the natural sites I visit with any group, and their living beings, is a priority and a condition to offer you an unforgettable experience.
