About me:
I am only willing to guide people who can show they have substantially supported bird conservation. For a fee that includes a bird conservation donation, I can guide Barba Azul Nature Reserve, Red-fronted Macaw Lodge, Sadiri Lodge, and the areas in-between. Bird watching with me would be about an entire ecosystem adventure, learning about the complexities of the Bolivian habitats, evolved strategies, ecology and Bolivian history, politics and conservation.
I have been working on the conservation of Bolivias birds for 28 years, including the creation of 13,000 ha of nature reserves. I am interested in deeply understanding the natural history of specific species and try to assist science by capturing bird behaviour and vocalizations on video in the last decade (see the YouTube channel South American Animals- Bennett Hennessey)
