Acuaparque is way better in the mornings, as this place is very popular also for non-birders in the afternoons. The best season would be winter due to all of the migrants that get there, nonetheless if you go in summer you can still see some nice wetland birds like Limpkin and Northern Jacana. The best way to do birding at the acuaparque is to go downstairs and walk around the park.

Give recommendations for making your visit as productive as possible.
This may include for instance:
• best season
• best time of the day
• how much time to spend at the site
• best means of locomotion within the site
• recommended routes / areas within the site
• guiding

There are many introduced species of reptiles and fish. You could easily see turtles like the Yucatan Slider (Trachemys venusta) and the Red-eared Slider (Trachemys scripta).

There are no activities offered at the park, but walking and feeding the fish is always possible there.

Add information about other attractions at this site, including
• wildlife (apart from birds)
• sights (natural, cultural, archaeological, etc.)
