Satao Elerai camp is located in the South east of amboseli Np approximately 12 km away,this unspoilt acacia haven host a very good number of dry country birds.This 5000acre piece of land is privately own and it receives generous conservation support from african wildlife Foundation.Guest staying in this camp will enjoy paramomic and breath taking view of the only free standing african giant,mt kilimanjaro ,right from their rooms.The Birdlife here is unique and unrivalled ,from the skulking babblers,murmuring starlings , inquisitive cisticolas to the mighty eagles.

The camp is 27 km from amboseli airstrip,you will be picked by satao guides from there or You can drive from nairobi through mombasa road then turn right just past emali town ,follow the emali -loitoktok road till you are past kimana town on the right you will see a sign board indicating "Amboseli 20 km" drive through that dirty track for approximately 10 km on the left you will see a sign bord to elerai camp and that is where the concervancy starts
