They are present all year round except Jackson's Widowbird off-breeding season. Anytime of the day is best to see the birds, to tick all the species half-day can be spend & full day to tick more species. Any type of vehicle & can access Kinangop with ease, walking also is an option.

From Nairobi use Nakuru-Nyahururu highway & take a right at Naivasha Junction, continue upto the end of escarpment where Plateau & birding trip starts for Highland species.

I offer professional birding services as per client requests, allowances is reasonable & depends with size of birding groups.

Give recommendations for making your visit as productive as possible.
This may include for instance:
• best season
• best time of the day
• how much time to spend at the site
• best means of locomotion within the site
